I have ordered a product and the product shipped on the estimated date they shown. The delivery agent called the day when it reached to their agency. I couldn’t pickup the call at that time and waited for their call. But they didn’t contacted me and after the day when I checked status of my product it shown as delivered.The delivery agent didn’t contacted me either and I haven’t got that product. With regard to that I visited their agency. And their behaviour was very rude and they were not ready to check the status of the product. They weren’t ready to confirm whether the product reached to their agency.
