Received 2 damaged cloth material from SHRIOM9 FRANCHISE against cod Rs.640/- through Delhivery courier instead of 3 long dress from another site I have ordered. This company have phissed my order details from the other site and delivered a fraud item. When I contacted Delhivery customer support through email they called back and asked for my bank details. I want my money refunded immediately in Cash on Hand. please do the needful
