I received an unconsented order on 20th of October, (order number 556916440249), which has not been ordered by me. My address has been used by mistake and i paid an amount of Rs 999/- as COD.
After opening the product. I came to know that it was not my order and immediately i called meesho helpline to raise the complaint. I was given a ticket number.(Ticket No:697793681582, then again another Ticket No. 698415742179).
Also, I did receive 2-3 emails at my email address, giving an assurance that the product would be picked up and soon after i’ll get my refund. I also updated my bank details in the app.
But, its been almost a month and no action been taken from Meesho.
Please understand that i simply wish to get a refund of Rs 999/- by getting the product picked up from my address.
