I am using Mobikwik app and I activated ZIP services and after few months i am checking that there is a loan running against it and it is overdued but i have never used a single rupee. This has affected my CIBIL score adversely. Transactree pvt ltd. is distributing loans and using themselves and then makes it overdue for consumer. This is a adverse situation of distribution of unconsentual loans without providing information to consumer.
I request you to help me in closing this loan as soon as possible.
