Text of Complaint by Trishna Bhattacharya:

Airtel claims to give to access to amazon prime membership on prepaid recharge on INR 299. There is no mention of the expiry of the validity of membership as 28 days which happens to be the same as the validity of the phone value pack

I called up the customer care they refused to even accept to make a mention of it clearly in their website. Now my money is wasted
