I wanted to bring into your notice that I have found you’re using cheap strategy to misguide the customer and manipulating the information displayed on the flipkart application.

I recently ordered sebamed baby soap in pack of 3 which was showing as 300gms*3 and now it has changed to pack of 3* 100 gms. Wherein if you look at the images provided you will get to know how you’re trying to cheat the customer by manipulating the display information.

Whereas, after ordering, the data has corrected to show that 100*3 now. I do not know for how many people you have been cheating using this strategy. I will definitely create an awareness regarding this with common public.

Better you should change your strategy and try to give good experience to customer by loyalty not by manipulating the data like this.

Unfortunately I did not get solution from your unskilled manager or supervisor and unskilled customer care representatives.
