I have Order no. EP2252571 multiple medicines from dhani . In that tablet 2 strips of Corcium fit 2 are not delivered in received package on 4th of jan 22. In invoice bill given inside package those are not even ticked while packing.
**No 6 tablet from billed list.
I raised complaint 602270 within few minutes of delievry as soon as I noticed missing medicine and missing check mark on invoice. Aa this was clear mistake of pharmacy and logistics.
I was expecting quick turn around for missing medicine delivery as it was clear mistake. However after each followup i did , chat agent used to say we are checking with logistics.
After 11 days , today on 15th they are saying there is nothing missed in delivery.
I didn’t get medicines ordered purchased prepaid and they are not giving refund on missing items too.
I have raised another complaint to recheck 220115INVC
Note. I had uploaded prescription from ms ortho doctor.
30 day course need to be completed for my mother& xrays will be done post medication.
Please help to deliver this medicine or get refund.
