I have raised a request to unbundle the Airtel black & disconnect the broadband services on 1st Jan 2023.
Subsequently, on 8th Jan 2023 I made payment of Rs.450 towards postpaid bill payment and Rs.531 towards broadband connection. On the same day, I requested for disconnection of the broadband connection.
On 2nd Feb 2023, to check the status I called 121, representative replied that, there is no service request made towards unbundling of Airtel black & disconnection of broadband services. On same day I have visited Airtel store in Anna Nagar, Chennai, representative responded that, since request is placed in 121, the issue can be resolved only through 121. So they could not help in this regard.
On 23rd Feb 2023, again to check the status I called 121, representative replied that, there is no service request made towards unbundling of Airtel black & disconnection of broadband services. I wrote an email to 121@airtel.com, but no response received.
Again on 24th March 2023, I spoke to Airtel representative through 121, but issue is not resolved.
