Wifi has not been available/working properly for about a week. Airtel Service workers have showed up twice to “fix” it, both times it stopped working at the end of the very same day. At first the modem displayed a red flickering light under “LOS”, after the second service, there isn’t any red light being displayed, all lights are green and everything seems to be fine, but internet isnt available. We’ve been having to live with the discomfort of not having a proper internet connection available at our service, even after paying for it like ever other customer.
