I own a TATA Sky set-top box. I am unable to see the subscriber Id or Registered Mobile Number on my TV. As a result, I cannot file any complaints or make any changes to my account with TATA Sky. Their customer care will not even receive calls without the information on subscriber id and registered mobile number (RMN).
