Respected Sir,
I am Saikumar from hyderabad, having Mobikwik account with number 8125710981, Zip money is buy ow paylater option in Mobikwik mobile application.
I never activated it till now,
Suddenly on 5/7/2023 around 11:46 PM I was getting continuesly calls regarding (un authorized login to register a complaint please press 1 to block the user)
calls was trying to access my account , I received an email from Mobikwik when I tried to login my account I was able to see someone activated zip account and paid two electricity bill which is under name “Dakshin Gujarat Vij Compny limited” electric consumer number 00505027089
Amount debited INR 3020
Next within a min of time Torrent Power Ltd Electricity bill of inr 6020
Service number 937202
Without proper Authentication, I am unsure how Mobikwik app activated Zip money and debited 3020+6020 in two transactions
I immediately reported fraud to Mobikwik team, dropped an email stating the same unknown user un authorized payment doe, they have quickly blocked my account within minutes. Now my user is disabled. Defauly zipmoney limit is 10,000
I have attached images of transactions, Unknown IP address with which fraudster was trying to login.
