I saw an advert on YouTube about product testing survey so I joined they asked me to pay fee of R34 I did so. Then I was taken to a website page of Famliylifeshop and they said I have been credit 15euros to use on their site to buy anything I then requested a cancellation of my account since I was not interested. They did so but at the same time withrew R120 from my bank account without my authorization.
