This is Dr. Nitin Kumar Sharma from Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Yesterday (13/04/2020) GOOGLE *PROXIMA BETA had deducted money
9254 INR from my account. I have never added my HDFC Regalia First
Credit card in Google play. Whenever I do an
online transaction, an OTP will come to my mobile and that OTP will enable
the transaction to go through but for these transactions I did not received
any OTP. On 13th April 2020 , around from 06:34 PM IST, Eleven
transactions occurred in my HDFC Credit card. There were 01 transactions
of INR 1.00 (trial) then another five transactions of INR 79 each time, INR 1,
INR 7900.00, INR 79, INR 799.00 and last transactions of INR 79.00 (Total
11 transaction of INR 9254.00). I found out this by 06:40 PM, and I
immediately blocked my Credit card and reported same to bank helpline
center and the lodged a complaint. This is clear cut fraud which is doing by
Google *Proxima beta with the help of Google platform. Hope Google will take
corrective action against Proxima Beta and refund my deducting amount in
my concerned HDFC Credit card account. Please take immediate action against this threat.
