Somebody purchased total of rs 1700 gift voucher on 15th jan 2019 through my flipkart account and made payment through phone pe wallet.
The email id on which he sent those gift cards is kalpandasingh@gmail.com.
By luck i retrieved rs 1500 voucher and added in my account. Rs 200 voucher was still missing.
I raised complaints many times on filpkart and every time what i got was only time to wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.
No action has been taken till now.
The situation even got worst when rs 1500 voucher which i added in my account was also deactivated by flipkart and changing my account password too on 17th jan 2019.
What sort of service is this??
The employees of flipkart customer care service whom i got telephonic conversation with were barely knowledgeable. They can’t even understand the issue correctly, so how may they give the right solution to us.
