A transaction of 1911.60 was made on my ICICI Credit card on 31st May 2021. This transaction was not authorized by me.
The merchant name is Retail Domestic PT Mumbai. Upon filing the complaint with bank, they said that the transaction was carried out with 3D secure PIN, and so they will not refund it.
This means that the card details have been compromised at the bank’s end (data exfiltration maybe) as I have not shared this card details with anyone
