I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction that has taken place through the Simpl platform using my email ID. I want to clarify that I did not initiate, authorize, or approve this transaction in any way. I have also not placed any orders on the Simpl app, nor have I received any product related to this transaction.
I have contacted Simpl’s customer support multiple times seeking details regarding the transaction, including the identity of the recipient and clarification on why such payments can be processed without an OTP verification. Unfortunately, I have not received any proper resolution to date.
Since this transaction was made without my knowledge or consent, I am not responsible for it and should not be held liable for any charges relating to it. I request immediate investigation into this matter and a reversal of the unauthorized charge at the earliest.
