On November 18th I was charged $53.27 from my PayPal account from a seller I have never heard of nor have any knowledge of what they are selling. The name of the seller is Le Anh Tuan. I immediately disputed the transaction through PayPal. PayPal refunded my money on November 23rd then on December 20th reversed the refund with no reason why and they will not allow you to dispute their decision. So now I have not only had my debit card and PayPal information stolen but I also have to pay $53 for something I have no idea what it is. I Googled the name of the seller and it turns out that this same “company” also charged other people for absolutely nothing that they are not aware of. That is how I found this website. A complaint has been filed on them before.
