Here I attached the unauthorized transaction done in my Paytm postpaid account( Lending Partner FULLERTON Ltd) LOAN A/C NO:PYTMPPFICC76152687302 on 11-11-2022 at 6.22 am to Buds and Blossoms for an amount of Rs:4000/-. In this regard, I wish to inform you I do not do this transaction and also this is not done through my mobile phone. On the same day, I raised a complaint regarding this transaction to the Paytm portal app and through email which are provided by the Paytm app but till now the issue has not been resolved. Since then Paytm or his lending partner has not resolved my issue but as of now, my loan account shows an amount of Rs.10.879/- is due. Regarding the same i try to connect with Paytm through a call but they are not responding to me therefore I sent an email regard the issue on 1/10/2023. But still, my issue is not resolved other than that they are impacting my CIBIL score.
So I am requesting you to please find the attached documents and resolve my problem quickly
