Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Subject: Unauthorized Transaction of ₹30,000 deducted without OTP from my Mobikwik Wallet
I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction on my Mobikwik account. On 24th December 2025 at 02:30 PM, I added ₹7000 to my Mobikwik wallet via upi . However, the moment the amount was added, a debit of ₹30000 occurred instantly from my wallet (at the exact same time), under the description:
“Wallet debit against IMPS_REFUND-Account holder *DEV Mathur *”
