I would like to raise a complaint on an authorized transaction made towards my property tax payment to GHMC , It was done via UPI and the Mode Of Payment in the receipt shows KOTAK UPI , I have contacted the payment gateway UPI to block the payment as it is fraud and unauthorized transaction i have attached the receipt ,please reverse or stop the payment to GHMC
