I could see there was 5 debit transactions in my citibank salary account which was credited to my Paytm wallet without any instructions from my end. The same amount transferred to an online shopping platform called ‘codapayments’ without my authorisation. I want to complaint against the citibank and Paytm which allowed the payment without any authorisation.
