Dear Concerned,
I am Rakesh Sharma from Hyderabad, I am also one of the victims of this unauthorized transactions made on HDFC credit card on 13-05-20 by 12:01 pm. A total amount of Rs 9227 (7900+799+375+151+1).And I was surprised after going through the internet and understood that it happened to hundreds of HDFC customers. I have done all the procedures guided by the HDFC team. My sincere request is that please consider it as a high priority issue and resolve it at the earliest. Because these kinds of scams are targeting middle and lower-middle-class people, which is extremely heinous. So I hope the concerned authority will respond on it for sure..Thank you
