Unauthorized Transaction happened through online on 7th January 2023 for Amount of INR 1,72,000.00 , i have raised complaint to SBI customer care 0n 13 January 2023 they have raised multiple tickets.i have shared the SOP documents to HomeBank manager and also updated SOP document through online in SBI CRM Portal. Currently status is in shadow reversal has been given to the customers account.
