Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unauthorized payment of Rs. 1499 that was debited from my account on 26 March 2023. The transaction was made without my consent or knowledge, and I did not receive any notification regarding this payment.
I request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I have attached a copy of my bank statement, which shows the transaction in question.
Please inform me of the steps taken to resolve this issue, and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I also request you to refund the amount of Rs. 1499 to my account as soon as possible.
