I never requested, subscribed or asked for Amazon Prime through Airtel. Ever.
Yet, this service has been added without my permission.
I spoke to Customer Service & asked them to remove this service. I do not need this since i have a preexisting service through Amazon itself. Why do i need the same service again ???. They said you have to unsubscribe through the App.
When i did not Subscribe in the first place, why should i unsubscribe ??
This is a completely unethical and unlawful. If they do remove this service in the next 5 days, i’m taking legal action against them
