I am writing to raise a concern regarding my Airtel postpaid account. I have noticed that an automatic activation of Prime Video has been made on my account without my consent, and an additional amount of approximately ₹1500 has been charged to my current bill.
I would like to clarify that I did not request or authorize this service, and I was not informed about any such activation beforehand. This has caused an unexpected increase in my bill, and I believe it has been added in error.
I kindly request you to:
Investigate this matter at the earliest,
Cancel the Prime Video subscription if it is active,
Reverse the charge of ₹1500 from my current bill.
Please treat this as urgent and provide a resolution as soon as possible. I am available for any additional information required from my side.
