I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding unauthorized loans being applied to my account without my consent. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue with the loan company, I have not received a satisfactory response. Additionally, I have started receiving threatening messages from fraudulent numbers demanding repayment of loans that I did not borrow.
I am a student and am already struggling to manage my fees. These fraudulent individuals are causing me mental harassment and have even resorted to using abusive language. They claim to have access to my contact list and have threatened to make my situation public.
I have not engaged with these fraudsters or made any payments. I am seeking your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring my safety.
