I have checked my CIBIL report, there is an active loan showing with zero amount to be paid with company name TransactTree.

I have called the customer care to get clarification, he’s asking me to pay 5 INR to remove that from CIBIL.

I asked him why I have to pay he said this is not his problem and ends in mine.

Here with iam attaching the screen shot of unauthorized loan.

Please do the need ful at the earliest.
