The complainant, after attending only 4 sessions, raised a formal cancellation request on 4th July 2025, well before the fifth class — which is the threshold clearly mentioned in Point 19 of PlanetSpark’s own refund policy.
However, PlanetSpark refused to honor the cancellation request, falsely claiming that five sessions had already been attended and that no shortcomings had been identified from their side to justify cancellation. This is both factually incorrect and a clear violation of their own stated policy.
