Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue that I recently encountered while using the “VERIFILE IND” application on the Apple Store. I believe my personal and financial information may have been compromised due to unauthorized loan processing and a privacy breach on the said application.
On 24 june 2023 I accessed the “VERIFILE IND” application to inquire about loan eligibility. Due to a sudden emergency, I did not complete the loan application process. Instead, I only uploaded some necessary documents to check my eligibility without actually submitting a loan application. However, to my dismay, I later discovered that without my consent, two loans were activated and funds were transferred to my account, which I had not requested or approved.
To add to my concern, this was not an isolated incident. I observed that a total of 5.6 loans were being processed simultaneously, and now, 5 more loans are currently in the processing stage without my knowledge or consent. I firmly state that I have not applied for any loan with this application, and this unauthorized activity has severely compromised my financial security and privacy.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention that the rate of interest for these loans appears exorbitantly high, and I have no intention of availing any loans from this platform.
I have already attempted to reach out to the “VERIFILE IND” support team, but my efforts have been in vain, as they have not responded to my inquiries or provided any resolution.
I kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter to investigate the unauthorized loan processing and privacy breach on the “VERIFILE IND” application. I believe that this could be a potential cybersecurity issue that may affect many other innocent users like me.
I have attached relevant screenshots and documents to support my claim and provide evidence of the unauthorized transactions.
Please take appropriate action to rectify this situation, safeguard my personal information, and prevent any further unauthorized activities on my account. I also request that you keep me informed about the progress of the investigation and any actions taken.
I look forward to a swift resolution of this matter and assurance that my personal information will be secure moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.
