I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unauthorized loan and subsequent harassment by Dhani. On reviewing my CIBIL report, I discovered a loan from Dhani, despite never engaging in any financial transaction with them.

Additionally, on 20 Sep 2024 individuals claiming to be Dhani agents called me and mailed me, demanding repayment for this loan. They presented documents of settlement letter, though the associated phone number did not match mine.

This fraudulent activity has caused significant distress. I request a thorough investigation into how my personal details were misused, removal of the loan entry from my CIBIL report, and action against Dhani. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the adverse impact this fake loan has on my CIBIL score.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide updates on the investigation.
