Amazon ICICI bank credit card has charged me INR 199/- unnecessary by AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI MUMBAI IN without my permission/additional authentication or OTP.
The transaction happened on 4th October 2023 without any OTP being asked. Please help and reverse this transaction.
