I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized gold loan account reported in my CIBIL credit report under Muthoot Finance.
I have never applied for or availed any gold loan or any loan from Muthoot Finance at any point of time. However, my CIBIL report shows a gold loan account with late payment history in the year 2023, which is marked as closed in September 2025.
This entry is incorrect and appears to be due to KYC misuse, identity mismatch, or wrong reporting by the lender. Because of this false loan record, my CIBIL score has been negatively affected, causing financial and mental stress.
I have already raised a dispute with CIBIL and contacted Muthoot Finance requesting investigation and correction. I request immediate action to verify the records, remove the incorrect loan entry from my credit report, and ensure my credit history is corrected.
I am ready to provide any identity proof or clarification required for resolution.
