This is to inform you that on 26/01/2022 unauthorized transaction happened from my SBI credit card account to flipkart (Card end No. 2667). Pls note that i have not made any transaction from my SBI bank account to flipkart however my account has been debited with INR66825/- to flipkart. This is an unauthorized transaction which has happened without my consent and knowledge, same day i raise the complaint to SBI customer care and cyber crime police and next day written complaint given to SBI card manager A Block embassy heights Bangalore office. but they are not responding to my complaint, they told now pay the amount with in due date. still i don’t understanding this issue ,how can hack my card details ,how can pay this amount without my faults, this is frustrated to me ,i requesting you pls clear this issue and refund my amount
