- There were multiple transactions occured in my hdfc account on 24th April 2020. Got transaction
messages in the evening around 18:39 and 18:42. It came in bulk. Please note, I was
sleeping at that time and had not done any transaction on that day. I cannot block this account as it is my salary account, but I have blocked my debit card. Please provide
support or assistance immediately. Please note the amount details: (a) Google*Temporary Hold ~ 1 and -1 (1 rupee was debited and then was credited)
(b) Google*Proxima Beta – 3999, 1949 ,799, 1949, 79,
420, 79 (c) Google*Activision – 399 Total is 9673 rupees. Call me please if you need more info. I was trying to reach out to
customer care representative, but there was no response. IVR system of HDFC customer care was redirecting me and there was none to respond me. I have not got any call either from their end though I am getting advertising calls. I have raised a complaint on the HDFC portal. and on Cyber Crime portal. Read couple of complaints in browser and they are almost matching my case. All these people are affected with same type of fraud and the merchant is Google*Proxima Beta. This is a company who owns PubG and I do not play PubG and it’s not there on any of my phones.
