My tata Play DTH registration is 1291196713. On 20 November 22 I requested for technician visit for my TATA Play as my connection was not working. On the same day i got message that your Tata play binge Zee5 is activated, and Rs. 59 deducted from your subscription amount towards Tata Play. After one hour I received another message that your request for cancellation of TATA play binge is received and the same has been deactivated.
When i contacted customer care they told that ur amount cannot be refunded back as there is no such policy and my compliant is closed without resolving. My compliant is that when i have not made any request for activation or deactivation of Tata Play Binge how charges are deducted from my DTH monthly subscription without my consent.
