I, Kartik, am filing this complaint to report an unauthorized deduction of ₹299 from my Punjab National Bank account on 03/05/2025. The transaction was labeled under “Novi Digi Talent Autopay”, a service I have never subscribed to or interacted with in any form. I did not authorize any autopay, purchase, or registration related to this entity, nor was I informed or invoiced for any such payment. This deduction was made without my knowledge or consent, indicating a serious issue of unauthorized transaction and potential fraud.
I am attaching a screenshot from my PNB m-passbook showing the deduction for reference. I request the Consumer Court to kindly investigate this matter, instruct the responsible party to initiate a refund of the deducted amount, and ensure strict action is taken to avoid such unapproved deductions in the future.
