Dear , Airtel consumer complain

I am writing to report an issue with a transaction related to Phuka Digital Savings. On 12 November 2025, K105,000 was deducted from my Airtel Money account 0992328623 for a Phuka Digital Savings investment. However, the funds were not credited to my Phuka Digital Savings account.

Despite reporting the issue to Airtel, I’ve been asked to wait for a resolution for over 2 months. I’m concerned about the status of my investment and request your assistance in resolving this matter.
