I noticed a transaction this morning of R199 from MOBLESTORE, when I checked under the debit order it shows that it was initiated on the 17th June 2025. I remeber coming across a company on facebook that was offering data sim on a month to month basis, I was interested and signed up yet they told me after their vetting that my application was declined.
So what I don’t understand is why then do they deduct R199 from my account on the 27th August for a product I never received? I tried calling them on this number 5 times no response 031 5828 352 and I have also sent them an email to: support@productshop.co.za this email and telephone I extracted it from my app under “Debit order”
I requested for a full refund on the email, yet they have not responded to it.
