I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent debit order of R97.00 from Mobisos, although they have not debited me . I have no recollection of granting them permission for this deduction. I demand that such unauthorized transactions cease immediately. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.
