I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a debit order in the amount of R97.00 that has been deducted from my account by Mobisos. To my knowledge, I did not authorize or approve any such transaction. This unauthorized debit has caused undue financial inconvenience, and I demand an immediate refund of the full amount. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and swift action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution and a return of the funds to my account within the shortest possible time frame. Failure to address this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter further. I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
