On July 24 I received an unauthorized debit order from Moblestore. I sent them an email asking the to cancel the debit order and return my money back but they never did. Again this month on the morning of August 25, they deducted the R119 which I never had an agreement with. I wrote to Capitec they never responded and I wrote to them on social media that is when they said they can stop the debit order.
