An unauthorized transaction took place from my mobikwik wallet for 856. Amount got paid to zingoy against Transaction no: 5924925. I have not purchased anything from that website. Even after repeated emails to mobikwik from past 15 days, they are not responding. I have submitted all the necessary documents and they disabled my userID showing security reasons. very poor and pathetic service from Mobikwik….
