In my Flipkart account Unauthorized transactions worth 29400 rupees happened on my saved axis bank credit card between 7:44 AM to 7:45 AM on 30th May 2023.
On May 30th at 07:44 AM I started receiving the OTPs for purchasing gift cards in flipkart which got delivered through mail Id instantly.I immediately reached to axis bank customer care service to block the credit card and report the fraud transactions and contacted flipkart to stop delivering the coupons.
Through Flipkart account multiple online google play gift voucher orders of quantity 30, were placed without my authorization.
There is no cancellation or refund policy on the items since they were delivered instantly to the fraudster mail address.
1. Flipkart didnot provide any notification when hacker logins into my flipkart account.
2. There is no device information where my account activity has happened.
3. Gift Vouchers should be either sent physically or to the registered email address. Since they were delivered instantly to the fraud mail addresses we lost the way to claim the unauthorizedly placed orders.
I filed a Cyber Crime Petition after a week, They said these transactions happened through authorisation so we can’t do any thing, only flipkart can do. I raised multiple requests at flipkart customer care, simply they are telling we are raising a backend request, they will get back to you and wait for 24-48hrs. After 48hrs i have seen the request got closed. Again i call to customer care same process they done again. this repeats for more than a month
