Dear Ms. Anu Walia,
This is regarding your mail and today’s incident.
First of all, I had clearly informed you that my availability was only at 2:00 PM and that I would be in a meeting before that. I had also confirmed this time slot in advance so there would be no confusion. Later, I spoke with Mr. Ajay Disrit (+91 70651 47527) and informed him that I had arranged a vehicle for the engineer’s pick-up.
However, without my permission, you initiated a conference call including me, the engineer, and yourself. This is completely unacceptable and a direct breach of my privacy. At such a senior position, I expect you to be fully aware that:
No conference call should be made without explicit consent of all parties involved.
Such conduct shows a lack of professional courtesy and disregard for clear prior communication.
Frankly, it is disappointing that despite being well-educated and holding a responsible position, you overlooked such a basic professional and legal courtesy. You should be ashamed of this unprofessional act.
I expect:
A formal written apology for initiating the conference call without my permission.
A confirmation that such actions will not be repeated in the future.
Before taking any further steps, I would prefer to discuss this matter directly with you both so that there is complete clarity and no misunderstanding.
Please let me know a suitable time when I can call and explain the situation in detail.
I hope Lenovo and its authorized partners will take this seriously and maintain the expected standards of professionalism and respect for customer privacy.
Safe regards
Rja
