I purchased a Vanilla Gift Visa card for $50 in October 2021. It was purchased as a Christmas gift so was not even opened until 12/27 and the balance left on it at that time was $8.14. 17 charges for 2.99 over 3 days time to Google GARENA. The card was in my possession the whole time and unopened until 12/25.
