I have been incorrectly charges Rs.15 on my Pre-Paid Mobile number 988XXXX756 by VI for visiting “FUN PORTAL” which I have not. Few days ago, similar charges were made and VAS was activiated without any action from my end.
Please ensure no such unauthorized transactions are made form my account
