Dear sir/ madam,

It is for your information that I have noticed a charge of Rs 999 in my march month’s bill. While going through the bill I noticed that it is charged for Amazon subscription for which I have never opted. As a solution I have tried for cancellation through my Airtel app and a notification came that they have taken request for cancellation and refund of charge will reflect in the next bill. I was shocked to see that in my April month’s bill no refund was there. You may try lot of time for cancellation in the app the same notification will appear time and again. I also called customer care for vain. I have mailed number of times but only received the reply of their system that the email is not registered with them though I always received e-bill in that mail id only. It is a horrible experience and I think it is how they are cheating their consumers. Hope an early response. Thanking you.
