On 10 October, my Tata Sky set top box was not showing red light. So, I called Tata Sky and they said that they would send a technician and that the entire process would be free of cost. The technician came and changed my set top box. I asked him if there would be any charges of the new set top box and he said no . That’s why I agreed to keep the new set top box. After 1 day , a message popped up from Tata Sky saying that the services costed me 400 rupess. And my account was deactivated. I called Tata Sky and they said that since I was not given full information so they were sorry for that but I have to pay the charges to get my account reactivated. I feel harassed as I was kept in dark and the response was also unhelpful. I feel really dissatisfied with TATA sky
