My name is Tarachand Saini. I’m a part of TATA sky family since 5 years. My subscriber id is 1287995946. I had some problem in my Tata Sky box so I called Tata Sky and they said that they would send a technician and that the entire process would be free of cost. On 11 October, the technician arrived and replaced the STB with a new one. I asked if I have to pay for it and he said no , it would be free. Since he said it was free that’s why I agreed to keep it . On 13 October I got a msg from TATA sky that I had to pay 400 Rupees and they deducted some amount of money from my Tata Sky account still 341 Rupees are remaining and my account is deactivated. I called Tata Sky customer care and they said that they would be careful from next time but I had to pay the charges . I feel harassed as I was kept in dark and not given full information. Pls help me
